Job Requirements

Must have reliable transportation
must be available on weekends and evenings
must be able to adapt to changes on-site at events
ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stretch, crouch, twist, and turn for the duration of each shift
ability to use hands to handle, squeeze, grasp, lift, move, and feel objects
ability to reach with hands and arms between 6-72 inches and communicate effectively in various environments
ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch while also lifting and moving at least 30 pounds, with occasional lifting of 50 plus pounds

Job Qualifications

Prior hospitality, restaurant, or catering experience preferred but not required
strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

Provide outstanding service to create a seamless and enjoyable event for all guests
anticipate and address guest needs with professionalism and efficiency
maintain a polished and friendly demeanor at all times
assist with event setup and breakdown, including tables, buffet stations, and service areas
replenish food and beverages as needed to ensure guest satisfaction
maintain cleanliness in guest areas by clearing tables and resetting spaces as required
adapt quickly to on-site changes and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately
work closely with catering supervisors, Account Executives, and culinary staff to ensure seamless service
support teammates with opening and closing duties as needed
maintain positive and professional interactions with guests and clients
resolve any service-related issues promptly and effectively
ensure all client expectations are met with a high level of attention to detail
