Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18 years
- Previous food service experience required
- Willingness to learn and comply with food safety regulations including ServSafe and ServSafe Alcohol certifications
- Ability to communicate effectively and manage team members
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Ability to manage event timelines and staff scheduling
Job Qualifications
- Previous food service experience required, catering or event experience preferred
- Good customer service, communication, and delegation skills
- Ability to handle event management and follow designated timelines
- Attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Willingness to learn and follow food safety guidelines and pass ServSafe and ServSafe Alcohol courses
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Set-up buffet service, prepare, and serve food and beverage according to banquet event order specifications
- Assess on hand inventories and prepare orders for upcoming events, report inventories on a weekly basis
- Schedule staff according to event needs, manage break plans and timecards accordingly
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in compliance with company and health department standards
- Train and coach catering staff in order to ensure exemplary event execution and guest service
