Job Requirements

  • Minimum age 18 years
  • Previous food service experience required
  • Willingness to learn and comply with food safety regulations including ServSafe and ServSafe Alcohol certifications
  • Ability to communicate effectively and manage team members
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Attention to detail and cleanliness standards
  • Ability to manage event timelines and staff scheduling

Job Qualifications

  • Previous food service experience required, catering or event experience preferred
  • Good customer service, communication, and delegation skills
  • Ability to handle event management and follow designated timelines
  • Attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Willingness to learn and follow food safety guidelines and pass ServSafe and ServSafe Alcohol courses
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Set-up buffet service, prepare, and serve food and beverage according to banquet event order specifications
  • Assess on hand inventories and prepare orders for upcoming events, report inventories on a weekly basis
  • Schedule staff according to event needs, manage break plans and timecards accordingly
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in compliance with company and health department standards
  • Train and coach catering staff in order to ensure exemplary event execution and guest service
