Job Requirements

  • Must be willing to work in cold temperatures
  • Completion of FBI fingerprint check (SIDA Badge) and confirmed 10-year background check
  • No conviction of FAA disqualifying crimes
  • Ability to work non-standard hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Pass pre-employment drug screen, criminal check, and/or airport fingerprinting

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Possess written and oral communication skills in English
  • Ability to bend, push, and lift up to 30 pounds regularly
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Team spirit and collaboration skills

Job Duties

  • Inspects airline equipment and checks for unauthorized items
  • Screens cargo using designated equipment and methods according to customer specifications
  • Performs aircraft monitoring, passenger wanding, and gate guarding per customer standards
  • Observes and monitors unit activity and facility surroundings when not performing inspection or validation duties
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management
  • Reports to Operations Supervisor or Operations Manager depending on unit size
  • Works shifts including early mornings, mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
