Job Requirements
- must be willing to work in cold temperatures
- complete FBI fingerprint check (SIDA Badge) and a 10-year background check
- at least 18 years old
- work non-standard hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, pushing, and lifting up to 30 pounds
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- written and oral communication skills in English
- ability to bend, push, and lift up to 30 pounds regularly
- no disqualifying FAA criminal convictions
- US citizenship
- valid U.S. driver’s license
Job Duties
- Inspect airline equipment and check for unauthorized items
- screen cargo using designated equipment and according to customer specifications
- perform aircraft monitoring, passenger wanding, and gate guarding per customer requirements
- observe and monitor unit activity and facility surroundings when not performing inspection duties
- perform all other duties as assigned by management
- report to Operations Supervisor or Operations Manager depending on unit size
- work various shifts including early morning, morning, day, evening, weekends, and holidays as needed
