Job Requirements

- Comfortable handling iPads, POS devices, and inventory management tools
- Ability to maintain accurate logs and ensure proper storage and sealing of items
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members, catering staff, and management
- Previous catering, hospitality, or inventory experience preferred but not required

- Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or inventory management preferred
- Ability to use iPads and POS devices comfortably
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Safely lift and transport catering supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
- Work weekends with a flexible schedule based on catering events
- Check in and out iPads and POS devices
- Sanitize and maintain devices after use
- Break down and restock snack carts for events
- Count and track inventory of catering products daily
- Complete daily inventory logs and provide reports
- Receive and properly store delivered items
- Stack items according to type and storage requirements
- Perform regular storage runs to maintain organization
- Complete necessary paperwork and logs for carts, deliveries, and inventory
- Lock and seal catering carts after use to ensure security and product integrity
