Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable telephone and transportation
- Ability to read write understand and carry out instructions in English
- Ability to sit stand lift and bend throughout shift
- Pass pre-employment and random drug tests
- Pass a pre-employment background check
- Meet requirements to obtain security sensitive identification badge
- Treat all information as confidential
- Possess tact to deal with all levels of situations clients employees and public
Job Qualifications

- Previous airline experience preferred
- Previous security military or customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Provide security screening to prevent introduction of weapons explosives and dangerous items into air transportation system
- Use hand-held metal detectors and conduct physical inspections
- Conduct physical searches of catering carts supply trolleys and vehicles
- Escort catering carts from inspection to loading onto transport vehicles
- Seal carts with tamper-evident security seals and verify integrity before loading
- Communicate effectively with employees clients and law enforcement
- Report safety hazards equipment problems and incidents promptly
