Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous administrative experience preferred
  • Proficient with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds

Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients and vendors
  • Act as liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event process
  • Create and maintain positive working relationships across departments
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and professional appearance guidelines
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
  • Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, and placing objects up to 10 pounds
