Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Proficient with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds

Job Duties
- Provide administrative support using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
- Serve as the point of contact for clients and vendors
- Act as liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event process
- Create and maintain positive working relationships across departments
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and professional appearance guidelines
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
- Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, and placing objects up to 10 pounds
