Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in catering sales or event planning, preferably in the hospitality industry
- proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships
- strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients and colleagues
- exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties
- Proactively generate catering sales leads through networking, outreach, and relationship building
- respond to inquiries promptly and professionally, providing detailed information on catering options, pricing, and availability
- conduct site tours and tastings for potential clients, showcasing our venue and catering offerings
- collaborate with clients to customize menus, floor plans, and event details to meet their specific needs and preferences
- prepare and present accurate event proposals and contracts, ensuring all details are clearly outlined and agreed upon
- communicate effectively with internal teams, including culinary, operations, and event staff, to ensure seamless execution of events
- act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning process, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns or changes
- coordinate logistics for events, including equipment rentals, staffing requirements, and special requests
- attend industry events and networking functions to promote Orange Hill Restaurant and expand client base
- track catering sales metrics and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- maintain organized records of client communications, contracts, and event details using Del-Phi software
- ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards for service quality and guest satisfaction
- assist with marketing initiatives, including creating promotional materials and participating in marketing campaigns as needed
