Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in catering sales, event management, or hotel
- Knowledge of Delphi or similar event management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to outstanding guest service
- Flexible schedule including availability for some evenings, weekends, and on-site event support

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field a plus
Job Duties
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of catering and event sales for corporate meetings, social functions, and group events
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and tastings to promote the hotel’s event spaces and catering options
- Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts, ensuring accuracy and profitability while meeting client needs
- Work closely with the culinary, banquet, and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Create detailed Banquet Event Orders and distribute timely information to all departments
- Maintain accurate records in Delphi and follow Hilton sales standards and procedures
- Meet or exceed catering and event revenue goals, including upselling food and beverage enhancements and AV services
