Job Requirements
- Must have three plus years of food and beverage or hospitality sales background
- Experience in off-premise catering sales is strongly encouraged
- Excellent listening skills
- Creative menu development ability
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Tech savvy with high proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with BEO software and Caterease preferred
- Experience with Adobe Programs and Canva preferred
- Flexibility to work extended or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work out of the Dallas, TX office
- Excellent listening and communication skills

- Strong attention to detail with ability to organize and articulate a high volume of information

Job Duties
- Obtaining new clients and fostering relationships into events and business
- Maintaining existing client relationships through Caterease database with follow-up calls, emails, and bi-monthly sales visits
- Creating personalized proposals and sample menus based on client needs
- preparing contracts, purchase orders, and vendor invoices in a timely manner
- Coordinating inter-departmental communication with Operations, Management, and Culinary teams through detailed Banquet Event Orders and kitchen sheets
- Attending all booked events to greet clients and ensure event details are executed as planned
- Ensuring proper billing procedures and event closeout in Caterease
- Organizing and updating events using BEO software and maintaining email communications with clients and internal teams
- Coordinating décor needs, linen orders, and specialty items with operations team and upselling options to clients
- Expanding knowledge of food and beverage trends to bring creativity and innovation to the catering program
