Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years in sales or related experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment

Job Qualifications
- Four-year college degree in hospitality management, marketing, business or related field or equivalent experience
- Two or more years of sales-related experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Creativity in sales approach and problem-solving
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
Job Duties
- Negotiate event business through B2B channels
- Develop effective sales strategies to counter competition
- Build valuable business leadership resulting in additional sales and new clients
- Actively solicit new business and respond to inquiries
- Confirm profitable catering business with a wide range of clients
- Manage multiple tasks and decision-making in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with hotel management to achieve catering and banquet goals
