Job Requirements

  • a four-year college degree in hospitality management marketing business or related degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum two years of sales related experience
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to multitask and work under pressure

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • negotiate event business through b2b channels
  • develop effective sales strategies to counter the competition
  • cultivate valuable business leadership that results in additional sales and new customers
  • actively solicit new business and respond to inquiries to confirm profitable catering business
  • manage relationships with corporate clients to build long-term partnerships
  • coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless event execution
  • monitor and report on sales performance and market trends
