Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years catering sales or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work full-time
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years catering sales experience or hotel catering, convention services, banquet, hotel sales, or culinary arts experience
  • Ability to use digital sales systems such as Delphi and PMS
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals
  • Knowledge of food and beverage products and event space
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Provide the highest levels of customer service to internal partners and external clients
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all communications
  • Maintain and develop assigned accounts and segments
  • Monitor and manage pre-event, event, and post-event details including room blocks, meeting space, concessions, and billing
  • Attend customer functions as needed
  • Forecast group rooms and food and beverage revenues with internal and external partners
  • Utilize digital sales systems and implement sales strategies
  • Prepare for and participate in internal meetings, planning, and training
  • Foster teamwork and embody an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Advocate for professional development and training
  • Comply with company policies and management requests
