Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Two-year degree or related experience preferred
  • Minimum of three years hotel sales experience
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
  • Proficiency with Delphi sales software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
  • Superior sales and negotiation skills

Job Duties

  • Manage social and wedding accounts including unsolicited inquiries and referral business
  • Sell event space and services by negotiating pricing and closing sales aggressively
  • Coordinate event details including space availability, food and beverage requirements, and room block needs
  • Collaborate with hotel support departments to ensure flawless event execution
  • Maintain detailed account files, contracts, and direct billing arrangements
  • Analyze booking trends and maximize revenue opportunities
  • Provide exceptional client service building strong relationships and repeat business
