Job Requirements

  • possess a two-year degree or related experience preferred
  • must have minimum of three years hotel sales experience
  • knowledge of MS Products Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
  • proficiency with Delphi
  • excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong organizational and multitasking ability

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • manage social and wedding accounts
  • respond promptly to all unsolicited sales inquiries
  • achieve 100 percent of revenue goals quarterly
  • manage wedding and social events including room block requirements
  • negotiate pricing and close sales aggressively
  • coordinate with support service departments for event execution
  • prepare contracts, rate proposals, and maintain account files
