Job Requirements

  • Possess a 2-year degree or related experience preferred
  • Minimum three years hotel sales experience
  • Knowledge of MS Products including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Proficiency with Delphi booking system
  • Open availability including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a normal office environment
  • Must adhere to company equal opportunity policies

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years hotel sales experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional business relationships
  • Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills
  • Proven sales closing ability

Job Duties

  • Manage social and wedding accounts including unsolicited inquiries and referrals
  • Achieve 100% revenue goals quarterly
  • Coordinate wedding and social events with room block requirements
  • Evaluate and negotiate pricing to maximize profitability
  • Conduct outside sales, telephone prospecting, and e-blast promotions
  • Coordinate with support service departments to ensure event success
  • Prepare contracts, rate proposals, and maintain account files
