Job Duties

  • create a targeted game plan for increasing regional catering sales with corporate and social events within a designated territory
  • initiate direct sales and business development
  • focus on revenue-producing activity and maximize selling time by 80% dedicated work time on direct sales efforts and local marketing
  • employ strategic planning, cold calling, sales presentations/meetings, and effective closing sales techniques
  • work closely with local catering and management teams to stay abreast of clients, trends, and lead opportunities
  • maintain active involvement in networking events
  • cultivate relationships with existing clients through follow-up visits and presence at key events
