Job Requirements
- A four-year college degree in hospitality management, marketing, business or related degree or equivalent experience is required
- Two or more years of catering or event sales related experience is required
- Ability to multitask and work long irregular hours, weekends and evenings
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties
- Actively prospect, sell, and negotiate catering-only events and small room blocks to achieve budgeted revenue targets
- Act as the main contact for clients, managing all event details including menu planning, floor plans, timelines, and AV requirements
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with wedding planners, corporate clients, and social groups
- Create accurate Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and turnover documents to ensure seamless execution by banquet teams
- Monitor competitors, industry trends, and market conditions to maximize revenue potential
- Conduct property tours for prospective clients to showcase facilities
- Work closely with banquet, culinary, AV and hotel operational teams to ensure flawless event execution
