Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or sales
- minimum of 3 years experience in corporate catering or food and beverage sales
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to travel locally for client meetings
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
- valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage etiquette
- strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- ability to manage client relationships and guest satisfaction
- proficient in event management software such as CY/TY
- professional appearance and communication skills
- experience in corporate catering sales
- strong organizational skills
Job Duties
- Solicit new corporate catering accounts
- maintain and strengthen relationships with existing accounts
- develop and conduct persuasive verbal sales presentations
- prepare client menus, contracts, and event arrangements
- supervise and attend event setup and execution
- communicate with relevant departments to ensure proper servicing of accounts
- prepare and present weekly and monthly catering sales reports
