Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or sales
  • minimum of 3 years experience in corporate catering or food and beverage sales
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to travel locally for client meetings
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
  • valid driver’s license

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of food and beverage etiquette
  • strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • ability to manage client relationships and guest satisfaction
  • proficient in event management software such as CY/TY
  • professional appearance and communication skills
  • experience in corporate catering sales
  • strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Solicit new corporate catering accounts
  • maintain and strengthen relationships with existing accounts
  • develop and conduct persuasive verbal sales presentations
  • prepare client menus, contracts, and event arrangements
  • supervise and attend event setup and execution
  • communicate with relevant departments to ensure proper servicing of accounts
  • prepare and present weekly and monthly catering sales reports
