Job Requirements

  • Legally permitted to work in the United States
  • Flexible schedule availability including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and overtime
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Proficiency using Delphi software
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail under pressure
  • Ability to negotiate and delegate effectively
  • Must demonstrate high level of creativity and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in catering or event sales preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
  • Proficient in English speaking, reading, and writing
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and creativity in event planning
  • Ability to negotiate, delegate, and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of audio-visual equipment and internet technology preferred
  • Experience using Delphi software

Job Duties

  • Selling, detailing, and executing weddings, social, and catering events
  • Acting as the main liaison between clients and various hotel departments
  • Negotiating contracts and managing event budgets
  • Coordinating with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless event execution
  • Utilizing Delphi software for event management
  • Ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction
  • Working flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings if necessary
