Job Requirements
- proven interpersonal skills with successful client interactions
- experience selling and servicing weddings, social and local business markets
- ability to create food and beverage menu proposals, banquet event orders and diagrams
- track record of building and maintaining cross functional relationships
- history of using data to analyze trends, forecast, and set goals
- knowledge of Delphi software preferred

- minimum of 2 years experience in catering sales preferably in hotel or wedding environment

- knowledge of Delphi software preferred
Job Duties
- Manage catering sales for weddings, social events, and local business markets
- create food and beverage menu proposals tailored to client needs
