Job Requirements
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 3 years experience in sales and marketing or related professional area
- OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- 1 year of experience in sales and marketing or related professional area
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented and organized
- Customer service oriented
Job Qualifications
- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with 3 years sales experience
- OR 4-year bachelor's degree in related fields with 1 year sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to build lasting customer relationships
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis
- Experience with contract writing and proposal generation
Job Duties
- Proactively solicit and manage catering sales opportunities
- Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct sales calls, participate in trade shows and community events
- Collaborate with Event Management for timely turnover and service delivery
- Research and develop new business leads
- Upsell catering opportunities to maximize revenue
- Execute and uphold brand's Customer Service Standards
