Job Duties
- Respond to catering inquiries
- welcome and greet clients
- serve as primary point of contact
- create customized proposals and contracts
- develop menus with culinary and events teams
- coordinate event logistics including equipment and staffing
- collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements
- maintain accurate client records
- process payments
- enter event details into sales software
- prepare reports
- address client concerns
- ensure timely food delivery and setup
- follow up to ensure client satisfaction
