Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hospitality, events, or catering
  • excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • support clerical and administrative activities for the sales team
  • ensure accurate and timely flow of information within the catering team
  • manage catering service contracts
  • prepare menu proposals and catering estimates
  • create and revise banquet event orders
  • coordinate third-party vendor orders
  • handle invoices
  • respond professionally to telephone, emails, and direct inquiries
  • maintain confidential client and partner files
  • foster positive working relationships with coworkers, building partners, and clients
  • maintain and complete accurate catering event calendar, orders, and agreements
  • manage small group, in-house, and tradeshow exhibitor catering events
