Job Requirements
- At least one year of catering sales experience
- preferred experience in hotel operations
- proficiency in Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams
- experience using Delphi, Amadeus or similar sales and catering management systems
- excellent communication skills
- strong multitasking and organizational capabilities
- ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of catering sales experience
- knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams
- experience with Delphi, Amadeus, or comparable sales and catering management systems
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- ability to resolve conflicts and provide high quality customer service
- familiarity with event planning and logistics
- skilled in building and maintaining client relationships
Job Duties
- Organize, plan and prioritize duties by developing plans and goals
- communicate timely with internal and external clients via telephone, email, written documents or in person
- create and maintain relationships with clients to set and meet client expectations
- demonstrate knowledge of job systems, products, and processes
- resolve conflicts and handle complaints, disputes and grievances
- sell and influence both internal and external clients
- make decisions and solve problems by analyzing and evaluating issues
- ensure high quality service by providing direction, feedback and coaching
- participate in customer site inspections and assist with sales process as necessary
- perform other duties as needed based on business requirements
- maintain regular attendance
