Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- bachelor's degree in business or event management preferred
- five to seven years experience in foodservice and catering
- three to five years supervisory experience
- three to five years experience in outside sales
- strong organizational and time management skills
- strong knowledge of catering equipment and usage
- highly professional demeanor
- excellent problem solving skills in fast paced environment
- strong communication skills
- ability to train and develop staff
- self-motivated
- valid unrestricted driver's license
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Respond to inquiries received through the website and Weddingwire.com
- schedule and conduct venue tours
- create proposals as requested
- collaborate to develop innovative upsell items to drive profits
- provide exceptional customer service
- build and maintain relationships with key clients
- manage day-of event execution
- oversee and develop Event Coordinators
- meet with clients to plan event details
- conceptualize and train others on event designs
- contribute to custom menu planning
- manage capital purchases
- create event floor plans
- book entertainment talent
- coordinate and confirm BEOs
- schedule and execute wedding rehearsals and day-of activities
- monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- manage correspondence
- coordinate event logistics
- formulate and adhere to set budgets
