Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- bachelor’s degree in business or event management preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in foodservice or catering
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience
- 3-5 years of outside sales experience
- strong Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams
- unrestricted driver's license
- ability to problem solve in fast-paced and time sensitive environments
- exceptional customer service skills
- strong leadership and team management abilities

Job Duties
- Respond to inquiries through the website and Weddingwire.com
- schedule and execute venue tours
- create proposals when required or requested
- drive profits by collaborating on innovative upsell items
- provide exceptional customer service
- build and maintain client relationships
- work towards reducing costs and increasing profits
- co-contribute to annual A.O.P. analysis and formulation
- stay updated on event trends
- manage events on the day of execution
- oversee and develop Event Coordinators
- meet with booked clients to plan event details
- conceptualize new designs and train others
- contribute to custom menu planning
- co-lead capital purchasing
- create floor plans for events
- book entertainment talent as needed
- update and confirm client details to finalize BEOs
- schedule and execute wedding rehearsals and event days
- coordinate and monitor event timelines
- manage correspondence
- coordinate event logistics
- formulate and adhere to budgets
- prepare presentations
