Job Duties

  • Prospecting for new business including internet prospecting and cold calling
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Responding in a timely manner to incoming group and catering business opportunities
  • Conducting hotel site inspections and client presentations in person and virtually
  • Creating contracts and managing booking documentation including activity tracking
  • Detailing events to include all food and beverage, setup and audio visual needs
  • Creating group resumes and communicating client needs to all hotel departments
  • Negotiating and closing business contracts using creative selling skills
