Job Duties
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks including creating menu cards, event signage, note-taking, and maintaining accurate expense reports
- Manage inventory and restock supplies for catering and office needs
- Assist with data entry, filing, and processing paperwork to support the catering sales team
- Coordinate event logistics and support menu planning in collaboration with team members
- Prepare and distribute internal communications such as memos, meeting agendas, and departmental updates
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with appointment coordination for sales managers
- Operate office technology and software including voicemail systems, printers/scanners, laptops, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Support the creation of presentations and visual materials using tools like Canva and PowerPoint
