Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Current and valid Food Handler's Permit
- Current and valid Mixology Permit
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for the duration of scheduled shifts
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. on a regular basis
- Must successfully pass a background and credit check
- Must be flexible and willing to cross-train in multiple service roles

Job Duties
- Ensure food prepared by the kitchen matches the food ordered on the suite receipt and catering contracts
- Assist Suite Attendants and Caterers as needed with maintaining the cleanliness and delivery of food for all suite/catering locations
- Responsible for the completion of opening and closing duties assigned by the Suites and Catering Manager or Supervisor
- Adhere to company and state guidelines when pouring drinks
- Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Deliver a positive, polished, and professional guest experience at all times
- Communicate clearly, courteously, and effectively with guests and team members
