Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for the duration of scheduled shifts
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a current Food Handler's Permit
  • Must have a current Mixology Permit
  • Must successfully pass a background and credit check

  • Current and valid Mixology Permit
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be flexible and willing to cross-train in multiple service roles
  • Must successfully pass a background and credit check

Job Duties

  • Ensure food prepared by the kitchen matches the food ordered on the suite receipt and catering contracts
  • Assist Suite Attendants and Caterers as needed with maintaining the cleanliness and delivery of food for all suite/catering locations
  • Responsible for the completion of opening and closing duties assigned by the Suites and Catering Manager or Supervisor
  • Adhere to company and state guidelines when pouring drinks
  • Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Any other duties as assigned
