Job Requirements

- experience in high-end or executive-level events preferred

- ability to adapt service for a wide range of audiences from student events to executive and VIP functions
- strong attention to detail and a refined sense of presentation, table design, and guest experience flow
- valid driver's license
- ability to drive and clear background required
Job Duties
- Provide interim leadership for on-campus catering operations, ensuring seamless event planning, coordination, and execution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and campus partners, maintaining strong, service-focused relationships and responding proactively to requests
- Collaborate with culinary teams to develop and execute menus that align with client expectations and enhance the guest experience
- Manage event logistics, including staffing, equipment, timelines, communication, and post-event evaluation
- Train, coach, and support service teams to deliver polished hospitality and maintain a guest-centered culture during periods of transition
- Support sales growth by assisting with event proposals, promotional initiatives, and client engagement strategies
- Ensure adherence to Sodexo standards and all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements
