Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years hotel sales experience
  • 1 year food and beverage experience
  • Proficient in negotiation and contracts
  • Strong business communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Professional appearance
  • Proactive and assertive sales approach
  • Ability to work on multiple projects
  • Effective communication skills
  • Creativity in event planning
  • Working knowledge of banquet operations
  • Experience with hospitality CRM systems
  • Pass pre-employment drug test and background check
