Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of catering management experience in an arena or large venue
  • Experience in food preparation, inventory and cost control, scheduling and purchasing
  • Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Previous catering software experience preferred
  • Availability to work all event days including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Capacity to stand and walk during the entirety of shift

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of catering management experience in an arena or other large venue required
  • Experience in food preparation, inventory and cost control, scheduling, and purchasing
  • Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Previous catering software experience preferred
  • Must be available to work all event days, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Partner with clients, guests, and catering team members to deliver exceptional events that exceed expectations
  • Oversee all aspects of catering event execution, ensuring quality, service, and adherence to budgetary guidelines
  • Coordinate staffing and logistics with operations managers, and maintain accurate event documentation for service effectiveness
  • Design customized catering menus in collaboration with clients and culinary leadership while driving repeat and new business opportunities
  • Recruit, coach, and manage team members, including hiring, payroll accuracy, and performance reviews to build a high-performing events team
