Job Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in event execution
some catering sales experience
fluent in English
ability to work flexible hours based on events
strong multitasking and organizational skills
effective team collaboration
positive and energetic attitude

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of event execution experience
experience in catering sales
proficiency in English
additional languages are a plus
strong organizational skills
excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
knowledge of wedding planning is an advantage

Job Duties

Book new events and manage through completion
up-sell catering services and event options
conduct food tastings with clients
coordinate with banquet team for seamless event execution
ensure client satisfaction through clear communication and attention to detail
manage timelines and logistics for events
assist with wedding planning and other special occasions
