Job Requirements

  • 3 to 4 years experience in catering, event or banquet supervision managing multiple events per day
  • experience in high volume catering such as conference center or hotel banquet background
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • excellent leadership and team building skills and professional demeanor
  • ability to handle catering at all levels

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 3 years of management experience
  • minimum 3 years of experience in catering, food production, or food service management or related field
  • strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Review all catering event orders and weekly catering sheets to ensure accuracy
  • organize events and ensure on-time setup
  • ensure employees provide consistently superior service
  • conduct constant event walk-throughs to evaluate and meet service quality and customer satisfaction
  • provide ongoing training on proper service techniques, customer service, and organization
  • conduct pre-shift meetings to ensure organizational efficiency and continuous safety training
