Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years management experience
  • At least one year work experience in food or culinary services including catering
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Leadership and team management ability
  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency in relevant software

Job Duties

  • Lead the execution of upscale events
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and service teams to ensure excellence
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow catering sales and track performance
  • Oversee staffing, training, and performance of catering employees ensuring compliance
  • Manage logistics including menu development, event setup, decor coordination, and post-event evaluation
  • Demonstrate quick decision-making and adaptability to resolve challenges
