Job Duties
- Lead the execution of upscale events
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and service teams to ensure excellence
- Develop and implement strategies to grow catering sales and track performance
- Oversee staffing, training, and performance of catering employees ensuring compliance
- Manage logistics including menu development, event setup, decor coordination, and post-event evaluation
- Demonstrate quick decision-making and adaptability to resolve challenges
