Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years management experience
  • At least 1 year of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
  • Ability to multitask and maintain poise in fast-paced environments
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Proven leadership capabilities
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and operational policies

  • Proven experience in casual, high-volume, fine dining, and banquet catering
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proficiency in catering software and sales tracking tools

Job Duties

  • Lead the execution of upscale events
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients with customized catering solutions
  • Collaborate with executive chef and service teams to ensure excellence
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow catering sales
  • Oversee staffing, training, and performance of catering employees
  • Manage logistics including menu development, event setup, and decor coordination
  • Demonstrate quick decision-making and adaptability to resolve challenges
