Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years management experience
- At least 1 year of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
- Ability to multitask and maintain poise in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Exceptional communication abilities
- Proven leadership capabilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards and operational policies

- Proven experience in casual, high-volume, fine dining, and banquet catering

- Proficiency in catering software and sales tracking tools
Job Duties
- Lead the execution of upscale events
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients with customized catering solutions
- Collaborate with executive chef and service teams to ensure excellence
- Develop and implement strategies to grow catering sales
- Oversee staffing, training, and performance of catering employees
- Manage logistics including menu development, event setup, and decor coordination
- Demonstrate quick decision-making and adaptability to resolve challenges
