Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum two years management experience
  • At least one year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering, institutional services, or mall food courts
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced settings
  • Proficiency with related software

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in casual, high-volume, fine dining, and banquet catering
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team
  • In-depth understanding of event logistics and catering standards
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with catering software and sales tracking tools

Job Duties

  • Lead the execution of upscale events
  • Client-focused service excellence
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with executive chef and service teams
  • Drive catering sales growth through strategic initiatives
  • Oversee staffing, training, and performance of catering employees
  • Manage event planning and execution including menu development and décor coordination
  • Demonstrate problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic environments
