Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum two years management experience
- At least one year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering, institutional services, or mall food courts
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Leadership and team management experience
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced settings
- Proficiency with related software

- Proven experience in casual, high-volume, fine dining, and banquet catering
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Duties
- Lead the execution of upscale events
- Client-focused service excellence
- Collaborate cross-functionally with executive chef and service teams
- Drive catering sales growth through strategic initiatives
- Oversee staffing, training, and performance of catering employees
- Manage event planning and execution including menu development and décor coordination
- Demonstrate problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic environments
