Job Requirements

  • Minimum education requirement - associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum management experience - 2 years
  • Minimum functional experience - 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
  • Proven experience in casual, high-volume, fine dining, and banquet catering
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Leadership ability
  • Knowledge of event logistics and standards
  • Customer service skills
  • Multitasking ability
  • Proficiency in catering software

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years management experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience in food or culinary services
  • Proven experience in casual, high-volume, fine dining, and banquet catering
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lead and inspire diverse teams
  • Understanding of event logistics and catering standards
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in catering software and sales tracking tools
