Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 3 to 4 years of experience in catering, event, or banquet supervision managing multiple events per day
  • Experience in high volume catering particularly in conference center or hotel banquet settings
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent leadership and team building abilities
  • Ability to handle catering at all levels
  • Professional demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year management experience
  • 3 to 4 years experience in catering, event, or banquet supervision
  • Experience in high volume catering from conference center or hotel banquet background
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent leadership and team building skills

Job Duties

  • Review all catering event orders and weekly catering sheets to ensure accuracy
  • Organize events, ensure on-time setup, and ensure employees offer consistently superior service
  • Conduct constant event walk-throughs to evaluate and meet service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Provide ongoing training on proper service techniques, customer service, and organization
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings to ensure organizational efficiency and continuous safety training
  • Manage catering staff and coordinate multiple events per day
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
