Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience in catering, event, or banquet supervision managing multiple events per day
- Experience in high volume catering particularly in conference center or hotel banquet settings
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent leadership and team building abilities
- Ability to handle catering at all levels
- Professional demeanor

Job Duties
- Review all catering event orders and weekly catering sheets to ensure accuracy
- Organize events, ensure on-time setup, and ensure employees offer consistently superior service
- Conduct constant event walk-throughs to evaluate and meet service quality and customer satisfaction
- Provide ongoing training on proper service techniques, customer service, and organization
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to ensure organizational efficiency and continuous safety training
- Manage catering staff and coordinate multiple events per day
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations
