Job Duties
- Direct and manage all catering operations across five hospital sites within the Coastal Region
- Collaborate with onsite General Managers and Food & Nutrition leaders to ensure consistency and quality in all catering services
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and customers to ensure satisfaction and responsiveness to catering needs
- Plan and execute events ranging from small meetings to large-scale hospital and community functions
- Oversee menu planning, event logistics, staffing, and budget management to ensure successful execution
- Ensure compliance with Sodexo and client standards for food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements
- Lead, train, and develop catering staff to promote operational excellence and customer service standards
- Support regional initiatives and contribute to business growth opportunities within the account portfolio
