  • 3 to 5 years experience managing catering in a high volume environment
  • Ability to obtain required state occupational license
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule

  • Proven ability to sell events in a highly professional manner
  • Proven ability to delegate work economically

Job Duties

  • Help develop implement and maintain quality standards for Schlotzskys
  • Actively solicit all types of catering business from various potential client sources
  • Assist plan organize and coordinate all aspects of events using catering services
  • Responsible for overseeing and organizing events including securing catering rentals
  • Attend and assist in pre-shift and departmental meetings to communicate event information and needs for events and special occasions throughout the day/night
  • Help lead the restaurant team to meet sales and profit goals
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Ensure high quality sanitation standards
  • Develop and implement programs to increase revenue
  • Perform other duties as assigned by General Manager and Area Director
