- College degree preferred
- 2-4 years experience in catering or food industry
- proven leadership and people skills
- proficient in English communication, Spanish a plus
- ability to calculate quantities and maintain records
- proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Suite
- ability to make independent decisions
- valid driver’s license
- clean driving record
Job Qualifications

- minimum 2-4 years experience in catering or food industry
- proven leadership and people skills
- ability to communicate proficiently in English, Spanish a plus
- ability to calculate food/beverage quantities and maintain inventory records
- proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Suite
- experience with CaterEase a plus
- ability to make independent decisions based on event and department needs
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Job Duties
- Create requisitions for each event with all event details
- meet with chefs weekly to verify event details and menu items
- assist catering team with event execution as needed
- supervise hourly catering staff ensuring readiness and adherence to company standards
- train staff on service, hospitality standards, and event styles
- answer questions or concerns from catering crew and clients
- communicate performance or behavior issues to Catering Director
- inventory and order disposables, beverages, and products for events
- track incoming orders and verify inventory placement
- maintain inventory pars and expiration dates
- create detailed equipment pull lists for events
- oversee pulling, loading, cleanup, and breakdown of equipment
- ensure sanitation standards post-event
- create weekly staff schedules and manage shift coverage
- inventory, order, receive, organize, and label linen for events
