- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in catering or hospitality management
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- physical ability to stand for long periods and work quickly with hands
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- ability to read, write and use basic math
- effective communication skills

- RAMP certified preferred

Job Duties
- Supervising the catering staff in prep, assembly and setup of functions
- sales and business development
- employee management and scheduling
- operate and maintain equipment in safe and efficient manner
- maintain department areas in neat and sanitary manner
- assist with efficient operation of department
- flexibility in schedule to attend functions outside normal hours
