Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience in catering or hospitality management
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and work quickly with hands
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • ability to read, write and use basic math
  • effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • ServSafe certified preferred
  • RAMP certified preferred
  • experience in catering and hospitality management
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage sales and business development
  • proficiency in basic math and the ability to follow oral and written instructions

Job Duties

  • Supervising the catering staff in prep, assembly and setup of functions
  • sales and business development
  • employee management and scheduling
  • operate and maintain equipment in safe and efficient manner
  • maintain department areas in neat and sanitary manner
  • assist with efficient operation of department
  • flexibility in schedule to attend functions outside normal hours
