Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • valid Texas driver’s license
  • Serve Safe Food Manager Certification
  • three years experience in institutional food service operations
  • knowledge of food preparation methods and local health regulations
  • ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • basic math skills
  • proficient computer skills
  • ability to follow verbal and written instructions
