Job Requirements
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, ever changing work environment
- high school education or equivalent
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- highly organized with strong attention to detail
- high integrity and professionalism
- ability to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- able to work eight to ten hour plus shifts and stand, sit, squat or walk for extended periods
- able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- minimum 6 months experience as a supervisor in high-volume, full-service or polished fast casual restaurant or catering production facility
- proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- experience with UltiPro, Toast POS System, CrunchTime or TeamworX is preferred
- ServSafe and Allergen Certifications
- proficient in Spanish is a plus
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- highly organized with strong attention to detail
- high integrity and professionalism
Job Duties
- Supports the general manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- engages in authentic and warm client interactions
- supports people performance management
- exhibits and maintains excellent knowledge of standard operating procedures
- leads or supports team members through execution of shift tasks, routines and facility upkeep
- continuously upholds Tatte brand and visual standards
- ensures adherence to food safety processes and promptly resolves any deviations
- supports communication of new product, service and operational information
- contributes to maintaining food, labor and controllable costs within company guardrails
- helps manage catering kitchen administrative requirements
- performs other duties as assigned
