Job Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work eight to ten hour-plus shifts
  • Ability to stand, sit, squat, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to walk up and down stairs
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • High integrity and professionalism
  • High School education or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • High School education or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months of supervisory experience in high-volume full-service or polished fast casual restaurant or catering production
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with UltiPro, Toast POS System, CrunchTime, or TeamworX preferred
  • ServSafe and Allergen Certifications preferred
  • Proficient in Spanish preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • High integrity and professionalism

Job Duties

  • Support the General Manager in daily kitchen operations including opening and closing the business
  • Engage with clients authentically and inspire the team to deliver excellent service
  • Assist in managing team performance and development
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of standard operating procedures
  • Lead or support shift execution including routines and facility upkeep
  • Uphold Tatte brand and visual standards across all operations
  • Ensure food safety compliance and resolve any deviations promptly
  • Communicate new product, service, and operational information effectively
  • Monitor and help control food, labor, and other controllable costs
  • Assist with Catering Kitchen administrative tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned
