Job Requirements

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced and ever changing work environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and emergency responsiveness
  • Ability to stand, sit, squat or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to walk up and down stairs
  • Ability to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • High integrity and professionalism

Job Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months experience working as a supervisor in a high-volume full service or polished fast casual restaurant or catering production facility
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Experience with UltiPro, Toast POS System, CrunchTime or TeamworX is preferred
  • ServSafe and Allergen Certifications preferred
  • Proficient in Spanish is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • High integrity and professionalism

Job Duties

  • Supports the GM in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations including opening and closing the business
  • Engages in authentic and warm client interactions and promotes excellent service in the team
  • Supports people performance management skills
  • Maintains working knowledge of standard operating procedures
  • Leads or supports the GM in guiding team members through shift tasks, routines, facility upkeep, and ongoing training
  • Upholds Tatte brand and visual standards
  • Ensures food safety by adhering to all food safety processes and standards and resolving deviations promptly
  • Supports the GM in communicating new product, service, and operational information
  • Contributes to managing food, labor, and controllable costs within company guardrails
  • Assists with Catering Kitchen administrative requirements
  • Performs other duties as assigned
