Job Requirements

  • Maintains ServSafe Food Handler card (company-paid)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to bend, squat, and reach
  • Available to work weekdays Tuesday and Wednesday through Friday from 10 am to 3 pm
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work both in a commercial kitchen and onsite at client offices

Job Qualifications

  • Some food service experience preferred but not required
  • Detail oriented and looks for ways to have a positive impact on the customer experience
  • Enjoys working fast-paced events and interacting with guests
  • Enjoys building the Sifted brand and looks forward to representing it
  • Open to feedback and appreciates opportunities to improve personally and professionally

Job Duties

  • Managing the Sifted lunch experience at the client's location and ensuring every staff member is delighted
  • Meeting with the culinary team at the kitchen to learn the menu, pick up lunch and deliver to the client's office
  • Creating an inspired, pop-up vibe in the client's office using branded butcher paper and creativity
  • Telling the story of the menu and featured ingredients through branded messaging on the paper
  • Collecting feedback including specific metrics and report back to the Community Manager
  • Suggesting ways to increase efficiency and improve the experience
